We recently had the pleasure of being invited back to see one of our homes purchased by Lorriane & Allan Cowan, after they had furnished it at our North Woods Development in Mintlaw.

We just had to buy one too! Caroline Reynolds recently graduated from Strathclyde University, taking a placement with a local Fraserburgh solicitors firm. Whilst renting Caroline decided upon buying a new build with Colaren Homes!

A whirlwind of a week for Lewis, Stacey and their pooch Milo who took the keys to their Kinnaird on our North Woods Development in Mintlaw in the same week they welcomed their new arrival Rory and not forgetting Stacey's birthday on the day of handover!
