"Without a doubt it was a good day for us when we called in to North Woods, Mintlaw to meet Heather for the first time last spring.  As a result, here we are almost a year later with a magnificent new home, expertly designed (and tweaked as necessary by Heather) and very professionally built and finished.

After that first meeting, we had confidence this was a company taking pride and care in the homes they are creating and, from reserving the plot right through to receiving the keys for an in-depth induction and handover by Ian, we have felt valued as a customer and been kept fully informed of progress with the build.  We have met and dealt with a number of Colaren workers during the process, and since moving in, and without exception they have been professional, courteous and helpful so perhaps not surprising how they produce such quality homes.

We moved in shortly before Christmas and have quickly become very happy here, helped by lovely neighbours who have a similarly high opinion of Colaren Homes.  Obviously the development is still in progress so we are effectively living adjacent to a building site but the guys are all very mindful that people are living here and do their utmost to be as unobtrusive as possible.

We are pretty sure we couldn't have chosen a better developer for our new home and family & friends who have visited us have been impressed too.  We woudn't hesitate to recommend Colaren Homes, they are very good indeed at what they do."
